Effective Tuesday, January 17th and until the end of March, WNP customers may receive a telephone survey call from Advanis (acting on behalf of Redhead Media Solutions and with consent from WNP).
This is a genuine survey - Residential and GS<50kW customers may be contacted.
All electricity distribution companies in Ontario are required to survey customers as to their level of satisfaction and report the results to the OEB.
